CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS POLICY:

The consumer has the right to receive a full refund 48 hours before the start of the event/appointment/start of the course. After this period, no refunds will be made.

Delays: Delays of up to 15 minutes are tolerated, and discounted from the session. Delays greater than 15 minutes are considered absent, in face-to-face or online sessions.

Absence: Failure to attend the appointment (or delay of more than 15 minutes) is considered an absence and the amount paid is non-refundable.

Rescheduling: can be made with a minimum time of 48 hours' notice.

Rescheduling Limit: After purchasing your session/session package, it is valid for up to 90 days and cannot be rescheduled beyond that period.
