What is a group session?
This is a guided practice where you join a group of like-minded individuals where I, Fabiana, a life-purpose mentor, will guide you on a self-exploration journey through visualization and gentle prompts where you will be lying down quietly and comfortably.
What to expect:
Each session lasts 60 minutes and explores a different theme, such as manifestation, self-love, forgiveness, procrastination, etc.
You will be lying down in a comfortable position, guided by my voice through visualization and gentle prompts.
No prior experience is necessary, and the focus is on self-knowledge and personal growth.
This is a guided meditation and more
